Refund policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you can request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide unboxing video or photo proof for verification.

  • Returns are not accepted for personal care, hygiene, or wearable items (like body shapers, grooming kits, etc.).

Process:

  1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours.

  2. Share your order number and product issue details.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your case.

Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
